مدة تنفيذ الطلبات:

• يتم تنفيذ الطلبات خلال 7 إلى 20 يوم عمل (لا تُحتسب أيام الجمعة والسبت).
• في حال تجاوز هذه المدة، يحصل العميل على خصم 15٪ على الطلب التالي.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع:

• جميع القطع تُنفذ حسب الطلب، لذا لا يُسمح بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.

طلبات الاسترجاع الخاصة بالأخطاء:

يسمح بطلب الاسترجاع فقط في الحالات التالية:

• وجود خطأ في المقاسات
• اختلاف في التصميم
• وجود عيب مصنعي

يجب الإبلاغ عن ذلك خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب.

تستغرق مدة استرجاع المبلغ من 4 إلى 24 يوم عمل ليتم إيداعه في الحساب البنكي المرتبط بنفس البطاقة المستخدمة للدفع.

إلغاء الطلب:

• يمكن للعميل إلغاء الطلب خلال 24 ساعة فقط من تأكيده.
• يحتفظ المتجر بالحق في إلغاء أي طلب لأسباب مبررة مع إخطار العميل عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو رسالة نصية.

مدة التوصيل:

• تعتمد مدة التوصيل على شركة الشحن وموقع العميل.

التأخير الخارج عن الإرادة:

• المتجر غير مسؤول عن أي تأخير ناتج عن ظروف الشحن أو الطوارئ الخارجة عن إرادته.

:Order Processing Time

All orders are made-to-order and are typically processed within 7 to 20 business days (excluding Fridays and Saturdays).

In the rare case that processing exceeds this timeframe, customers will receive a 15% discount on their next order.

: Exchange & Return Policy

As all items are custom-made, exchanges and returns are not permitted.

: Returns for Errors

Returns are allowed only in the following cases:

• Incorrect sizing
• Design discrepancies
• Manufacturing defects

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Refunds may take 4 to 24 business days to be processed and credited to the bank account linked to the original payment method.

: Order Cancellation

• Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of confirmation.
• The store reserves the right to cancel any order for a justified reason, with notification provided via email or SMS.

:Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping provider and the customer’s location.

:Delays Beyond Our Control

The store is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or emergencies beyond its control.
